  9. 1/2 tablespoon oil for frying/ roasting

Cooking Instructions

    Paneer Masala Preperation

    Chop Paneer in medium-small size cubes or whatever shape you want & keep them at room temperature for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, take a bowl, add chopped panner cubes in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Table Spoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder, 1 Table Spoon Dhaniya Powder, 1 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi Powder & 1 Teaspoon Paneer Sabzi Masala in it & mix it gently & properly.

    Now let it rest for 4-5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, take a pan, add 1/2 Big Spoon Oil in it & turn the gas on medium flame.

    After 4-5 minutes, when oil gets heated up, add marinated panner cubes in it & roast them on all sides for 2-3 minutes till they turn golden brown in colour.

    After 2-3 minutes, when they turn golden brown in colour, turn off the flame & take them out in a plate.

    Gravy Preperation

    Chop Capsicum & Green Chillies very finely.

    Blend Tomatoes finely into puree in a mixer grinder.

    Now take 1/2 Cup Dahi, add 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, 1 Table Spoon Dhaniya Powder, 1 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1 Table Spoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder in it & mix them properly so that dahi doesn't get burned while cooking.

    Now take a pan, add 3 Table Spoon Desi Ghee in it & turn the gas on medium flame.

    When ghee gets heated up add all Khade Masale & 2 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.

    When they start sizzling, add finely chopped capsicum, green chillies & 1 Table Spoon Ginger Paste in it & mix them properly.

    Now cook them for 5-6 minutes till they turn golden brown in colour.

    After 5-6 minutes, when they turn golden brown in coour, add spices mixed dahi & 1/2 Cup Matar in it & mix them well.

    Now cook them for 6-7 minutes till their oil is completely released.

    After 6-7 minutes, when their oil is completely released, add finely blended tomato puree in it with Teaspoon Salt so that start releasing oil quickly.

    Cook them for 7-8 minutes until their oil is completely released.

    After 7-8 minutes, when oil is completely released, add roasted paneer cubes, 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala & 1 Table Spoon Roasted Kasuri Methi in it & mix them properly.

    Now add 1 Cup Water in it & mix them properly.

    Cook them for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
