☆Bulgogi-Style Stir-Fried Udon☆

Delicious sweet and spicy stir-fried udon using bulgogi sauce. You can use either beef or pork, and choose your favorite ingredients.
Cooking Instructions

Slice the carrot thinly on a diagonal, and cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the sauce ingredients marked with ● together (you can use garlic from a tube).

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the carrot and pork, and stir-fry.

When the meat changes color and the carrot softens slightly, add the cabbage and stir-fry quickly.

Place the udon on top of the ingredients and pour in the sake.

Cover and steam for about 1 1/2 minutes.

Loosen the noodles.

Add all the sauce.

Stir-fry everything well, adjust the taste with salt and pepper, and finish by adding toasted sesame seeds.
