Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 2 packscooked udon noodles
  2. 7 oz (200 g)thinly sliced pork
  3. 1/3carrot
  4. 2-3cabbage leaves
  5. 1 tablespoonsake
  6. 1 tablespoonsesame oil (for frying)
  7. Bulgogi sauce
  8. 1-2 cloves●grated garlic (or from a tube)
  9. 1 1/2 tablespoons●soy sauce
  10. 1 1/2 tablespoons●sake
  11. 1 tablespoon●gochujang
  12. 1 tablespoon●sesame oil
  13. 2 teaspoons●sugar
  14. 1-2 teaspoonstoasted sesame seeds
  15. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the carrot thinly on a diagonal, and cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

    Mix the sauce ingredients marked with ● together (you can use garlic from a tube).

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the carrot and pork, and stir-fry.

    When the meat changes color and the carrot softens slightly, add the cabbage and stir-fry quickly.

    Place the udon on top of the ingredients and pour in the sake.

    Cover and steam for about 1 1/2 minutes.
