Sweet and Savory Stewed Pork Liver Sweet and Savory Stewed Pork Liver
To add nutrients to my family's diet, I came up with this easy recipe for iron-rich pork liver.Since this dish has a lot of vitamin A, I don't recommend it for pregnant women in their first trimester, since excess intake of vitamin A should be avoided.Milk and sake are effective in eliminating the strong smell of liver, so even kids will be able to eat this dish. It's tender and more delicious than the version you find sold at meat deli counters.Wrap it in Korean lettuce for veggie intake and kill two birds with one stone.Quickly cook the liver. This dish was originally created before a move. I wanted to clean out my freezer to reduce the amount of groceries being transported. It came out surprisingly good! And it's very filling too. And packed full of iron. :) TheCookie -
Microwaved Carrot and Spinach with Sesame Mayonnaise Microwaved Carrot and Spinach with Sesame Mayonnaise
I wanted to make an easy recipe to go in a bento, so I used the carrot and spinach I had in the refrigerator.I always cook carrots without peeling them. I heard somewhere that there's a lot of nutrition in them right below the skin.-Microwave cooking times vary depending on the type of microwave oven you have and the amount of vegetables cooked. Please watch the vegetables and adjust the cooking times.-Be careful not to burn yourself when removing the plastic wrap - it'll be hot!-Adjust the seasoning ingredients to your taste. For about 2 servings. Recipe by Plus Nine cookpad.japan -
