Cooking Instructions

Wash the potatoes till clean.

In a cooking pot add water and the potatoes then bring to boil till half cooked.

Once cooked allow the boiled potatoes to cool then peel and cut into thin slices.

In a bowl mix flour,garlic,food color and salt.

Add little water as you mix till you have a thick paste.

In a frying pan pour enough oil then preheat the cooking oil.

Dip the potatoes in the mixture then gently in hot oil and fry till it's golden brown

Repeat for all potatoes.

Serve while still warm with sauce..Enjoy
