Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Minced meat
  3. Cheese
  4. Spices
  5. Seasoning
  6. Oil
  7. Attarugu
  8. Onions

Cooking Instructions

    Wash,feel,cuts.nd cooked the.yam,when properly cooked drain the yam and put on a tray and keep aside

  2. 2

    In a mortal and pestle crush ur garlic,ginger, attarugu,onions,when properly crushed add the yam and pound gently (u don't want your yam to b like pounded yam,so pound gently)when the yam is properly done remove and add in to a big bowl

    Then add u cooked minced meat and add ur grated cheese.mix well and make some balls out of ur mixture.

    Break some eggs beat them keep aside,add oil in to a fry pot heat d oil,be adding the boils in to the beating eggs and then deep fry untill golden brown,strain the balls from the oil or put on a kitchen towel and serve.
