Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsooji
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. as neededwater
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1 tspbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add suji and curd mix it well.

    Rest for 10 min. Now add salt and water for perfect batter.

    Add baking soda or eno and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Heat idli cooker and steam at least 10 -15 min.

  5. 5

    Now enjoy idli with sambhar or coconut chutney.
