  4. 1 tspEno
  5. 2 tspoil for greasing

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl. Add suji and curd in it.

    Add eno amd mix well. Add salt and mix well

    Take idli cooker. Place in it

  4. 4

    Steam for 15 mins

  5. 5

    Its ready. Serve with sambhar.
