Firstly grind the suji in a grinder and make a fine paste

In a bowl add 2cup suji and 2cup curd whisk it very well......add salt as per taste and again whisk it very well

Keep the suji batter aside for 30min

Meanwhile wash the daal twice and take a pressure cooker add 1cup daal and 3cup of water...salt and close the lid...when 2whistle came turn off the gas

Meanwhile heat a oil in a kadhai add 2tsp butter sliced onions saute it well then add 3tsp sambhar masala saute it again then add chopped tomatoes cook for a while

Add bottlegourd chopped,chopped eggplant cook it again then add 1cup water 1tsp imli paste,1tsp jaggery powder cook in a low flame

Then pour this mixer into the cooked daal......

For tadka heat a tadka pan add half tsp butter,hing,methi,mustard seeds and red chilli dried then pour it into the prepared sambhar

Meanwhile in a soak idli batter add half cup water mix it well add baking soda

Add 2cup water into the idli cooker let it boil....grease the idli mould with butter

Pour the batter in each corner....put in a stand and cook for 20min.....idli is ready
