Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRava
  2. 1/2 cupCurd
  3. 1 cupWater
  4. 1 sachetEno
  5. 1/3 cupOnion sliced
  6. 1/3 cupCapsicum sliced
  7. 1/4 cupCarrot sliced
  8. 1/4 cupMushrooms sliced
  9. 1 cupTomatoes peeled and chopped
  10. to tasteSalt and pepper
  11. as neededMozzarella cheese
  12. 1 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    In large bowl take rava and curd mixed file now add water to make it a batter for Idli

  2. 2

    Now in this batter add salt and eno. stir it well.

  3. 3

    Make idli with is batter either in microwave or in steamer

  4. 4

    Once idlies are ready take it out and cut each Idli in four parts

  5. 5

    Another Pan take oil

  6. 6

    Firstly add mushrooms in it and cook for 5 minutes afterwards add onions and cook until onion turns translucent

  7. 7

    Now and rest of the vegetables except tomato cook it for another 5 minutes now add tomatoes and cook until tomatos become soft

  8. 8

    Add salt and pepper in vegetables. Now add chopped idlies. Mix it well turn off the heat now add cheese on idlies.

    Rava idli with veggie twist is ready to serve.
