Cooking Instructions

Sift flour in a clean bowl, add 1 1/2 cup of sugar, 1tbp yeast, cinnomon, nutmeg and salt. Mix everything together and set aside

In another bowl, break the eggs, add warm water, 1/2 cup of sugar, 3 tbsp butter and a tablespoon of yeast. Mix and allow to prove for 5min

Pour in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough. Then add half of ur butter and knead for like 20min

Cover and allow to rise for 10min in a warm place

After it rised, deflect and add the remaining butter and knead for another 20 min
- 6
Mould and arrange in a well floured surface and allow to rise for 15min (depending on the whether) brush with melted butter to prevent it from cracking

Set oil on very low heat and make a hole at the centre and fry. Serve hot or cold and enjoy 😍😋
