Tired of frying, pepper meat and so on. Then I've decided to make Nigerian suya. Trust me it was so delicious.
Cooking Instructions

Cut the meat in thin slice rub it with oil, then marinate it with suya spices add some seasoning too. Cover it and allow it to sit for 30 minutes.

Preheat ur oven and cook at 180°c for 30 minutes and its ready. Garnish it with slice of onions and some cabbage.
