Ingredients

  1. 500 ggolden penny cousvous
  2. Stock water... Approximately ½ cup of water
  3. Cabbage
  4. Carrot
  5. Green beans
  6. Onions and spring onions
  7. Seasoning
  8. Meat
  9. Scotch bonnet

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the meat till soft

  2. 2

    Put your pot on fire, pour oil till hot then add onions, garlic, scotch bonnet and your boiled meat. Allow to fry for 3minutes

    Then add your chopped carrot, green beans, spring onion, seasoning, spices and curry. Stir for one minute

    Then pour your onions and cabbage, stir and pour in your cous cous. Stir fry for 5minutes then add your stock water(ruwan tafashe) and a little more water to make it up to one cup.

    Cover and leave for 3minutes on low heat. Then off your cooker.

    Ready to serve 😋😋
