Ready in 15 Minutes, Easy Simmered Chicken with Tomatoes

I simmered the chicken with tomato juice since I didn't have canned tomatoes. I put in a lot of onions as well. It looks gorgeous but easy to make. It was selected as a "15 minute main dish recipe" chosen by professional chefs.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2Chicken thighs
  2. 2Onions
  3. 400 mlTomato juice
  4. 1 cloveGarlic
  5. 1Olive oil
  6. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  7. 1sprig Rosemary, if available
  8. 2 tbspFlour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the flour and chicken in a plastic bag, and shake to coat the chicken with the flour.

    Add the olive oil in a frying pan, and sauté the minced garlic and sliced onions. Push them to the side of the pan, and fry the chicken in the empty space.

    Add the tomato juice, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Cover with a lid, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
