Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 bunchSpinach
  2. 150 gramsBoiled scallops
  3. 10 gramsButter
  4. 1 tbspSoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the spinach, and chop into 3 cm bunches.

  2. 2

    Heat butter in a pan, and pan fry the scallops until they are lightly browned on both sides.

  3. 3

    Add spinach and continue cooking. When the spinach has wilted, drizzle soy sauce, mix together, and it's done.
