Assemble all the ingredients

Heat oil in a pan, put in the onions, pepper and the rest of the vegetables and spices all together

Stir fry them for a minute or 2 and take it out in a separate bowl to drain excess oil

Cut out the four side crust of the bread slice. Stake them up on top the other.

Steam the bread slice for 3-4min in a pressure cooker or steamer. Take the first slice and cover the steamer

Roll the slice slowly till they are thin and make sure you stretch them in four directions. Repeat this step with d rest of d slice except the last.

In a small bowl mix flour and water for pasting. Fill in the roll with the filling and paste the end. Deep fry on medium heat till brown colour. Serve with chilli sauce
