Ingredients

  1. Goat meat
  2. Water
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Redbell pepper
  5. Seasoning salt
  6. Curry and spices
  7. Ginger and garlic
  8. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the meat very well and put in a pot

  2. 2

    Put the pot on fire, add garlic, Ginger,onions,salt and seasoning and a little water

  3. 3

    Cover the pot and let it cook for 30 min

  4. 4

    Off d stove and let it cool for 2 min

  5. 5

    In a pan add an oil, put on stove

  6. 6

    Fry d meat a little not crispy

  7. 7

    When you are done set it aside and add your grated scotch bonnet and red bell pepper in a pan, add seasoning a little with Curry and spices

  8. 8

    Fry a little then add your meat and stir,add your sliced onions then cover d pan let it heat for 5 minutes

  9. 9

    Voila, enjoy
