  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 2 serving spoonoil
  3. 2 tbspPepper mix
  4. 2 tbspTomato paste
  5. 6seasoning cubes
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1 tsponga stew
  8. 1 tsponga classic
  9. 1 tspcurry, thyme and ginger/garlic paste
  10. 1medium sliced onion
  11. 1 1/2 litrewater
  12. Salad
  13. 2bulb of Lettuce leaf
  14. 1small Cucumber
  15. 2large tomatoes
  16. 1lemon, 2 tbsp veg oil, 1 seasoning cube

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean pot, add the oil, pepper mix and tomato paste, stir for 5 mins

  2. 2

    Wash the rice, set aside and pour water into the pot, allow to boil.

  3. 3

    As it boils add the carrot, seasoning and spices.
    Pour the rice, stir throughly, close to lid and allow to cook for 30mins

    Check, if it's almost done add the sliced onion and ginger/ garlic paste

  5. 5

    Lower the heat and allow to steam for 10 mins

  6. 6

    It's ready to serve when it's completely soft and the water has drain

    For the salad

    Wash all the veggies throughly with salt, allow to drain

  9. 9

    Slice as desired and dress with oil, seasoning and lemon

  10. 10

    Serve hot😋🔥
