Cooking Instructions

In a clean pot, add the oil, pepper mix and tomato paste, stir for 5 mins

Wash the rice, set aside and pour water into the pot, allow to boil.

As it boils add the carrot, seasoning and spices.
Pour the rice, stir throughly, close to lid and allow to cook for 30mins - 4
Check, if it's almost done add the sliced onion and ginger/ garlic paste

Lower the heat and allow to steam for 10 mins

It's ready to serve when it's completely soft and the water has drain

For the salad

Wash all the veggies throughly with salt, allow to drain

Slice as desired and dress with oil, seasoning and lemon

Serve hot😋🔥

My wife really liked it, I prefer noodles myself, it's more a texture thing. This is still pretty good, and healthy overall. This is one of those "let's see what I have" sort of meals. This is garlicky, but that was my goal. But for us, not overpowering. It looks complicated, but it wasn't really.
