    Grate peppers,slice onions and green pepper

    Heat oil in a pan

    Add the pepper mix,onions, green pepper in the oil

    Add maggi cubes,curry powder

  5. 5

    Ginger &garlic powder,salt and other spices of your choice

  6. 6

    Fry on a low heat

  7. 7

    Serve with boiled yam or anything of your choice
