Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsdumpling skin
  2. filling part
  3. 1pepper
  4. 250 gramsminced pork meat
  5. 1/2 tspsesame oil
  6. 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  7. 1salt
  8. 1/2carrot
  9. 120 gramsprawn
  10. 50 gramswater chesnut (cut to mini cubes)
  11. 1/2onion (chopped)

    mix all filling ingredient

    put a small part of mixture meat at half of the dumpling skin

  3. 3

    fold from up to down and stick it with water

  4. 4

    fry the dumpling until golden colour

  5. 5

    or you may cook in soup. once see the dumpling float to the surface it means cooked.
