  5. 1&1/2 cup grated Okro
  6. 6 pcsseasoning cubes
  7. 1 tspcurry powder
  8. 1/2 tsprosemary dry
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 10 pcsgarden egg
  11. 1/4 cupPalm oil
  12. 1/2 cupveg oil
  13. 1/4kilo Beef
  14. 1/2 tspginger and garlic powder

    For the stew a wash and blend the tomatoes,Scotch bonnet,tattase and onion

    Pour the blend in a pot add the beef, oils,seasoning and spices and salt to taste and plate on an electric cooker, I always made this one pot stew on a slow cooker so that everything will get enough time to cook perfectly.

    The stew takes at least 50-60 minutes to cooked, you can add water if needed depending on the type of stock you are using.

    And after 55 mins my stew is done

    For okro part I boil the water with my washed garden egg, cook for 5 minutes and then I added my washed, grated okro and cooked for 5-7 mins

    And this is how we serve the soup

Please, what do you do with the garden eggs inside? Do you remove them or you mash them inside?
