Stir-Fried Marinated Pork with Cucumber
Actually, taking photos and organizing while cooking really requires extra effort. But when I see comments from fellow cooks thanking me for sharing, explaining things clearly, or saying this dish is delicious 😋, it motivates me to keep posting, haha. Indeed, it's hard to go far alone, but with everyone together, we can keep going well. Thank you for everyone's feedback. I've also learned a lot from it 🥰

Stir-fried Prawns with Eggs
This is my favorite combination of food. I don't call this a recipe because it is too easy. I often make this dish when I am busy.By frying the leek well it will give a good flavour to this dish. You don't need any special onion-flavoured oil. Just use usual seasonings for this dish. I used extra large-sized eggs this time. If you have medium ones use three. Recipe by putimiko.

Shrimp and Avocado Stir Fry with Yuzu Pepper
I wanted to create an appetizer that could be made quickly and went with beer and was Japanese-flavored and spicy. So I came up with this recipe. I love yuzu pepper so I added it to a standard formula for Japanese-style flavoring.Use whatever type of shrimp you like. The photo shows Taisho shrimp. If the shrimp are big, cut into 2-3 cm pieces, about the same size as the avocado cubes.During Step 1, if you're using frozen shrimp, or feel that the shrimp you're using are not the freshest, marinate in sake. (If the shrimp are fresh you can omit this step.) Recipe by Mawaru7

If you cook the squid for too long, it will toughen. It tastes delicious when freshly made and piping hot. Recipe by Nu-shi

Stir-fried Bean Sprouts and Prawns with Salt and Garlic
When I bought prawns on sale at the supermarket, there were all different sizes and some were too small to cook with mayonnaise or chili sauce.I used these small ones to make this tasty stir-fry dish. With this recipe, the small prawns become a main dish.At step 4, heat ginger and garlic over low heat. I always do step 1-4 beforehand. While I wait for my husband returning home from work, I repeat a process of turning up the heat, turning it off when the pan gets too hot, and letting the pan cool. This flavours the oil and makes it aromatic. Recipe by Hichan

Simply stir fry cucumber with inexpensive chicken tenders for an addictive and delicious dish with crunchy cucumber and tasty chicken. The key is to finish it off at high heat once you add the sauce ingredients.
