Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped/shredded carrot
  2. 1/2 cupchopped green pea
  3. Cabbage
  4. 1 cupshredded chicken
  5. Onion
  6. pepper
  7. cubeseasoning
  8. salt
  9. 1 tbspchicken stock
  10. 1 tbspflour or corn starch for thickening
  11. 1 tbspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your vegetables(carrot, green pea, cabbage, onion) properly and cut them along with your chicken into small pieces.

    In a hot pan, heat up some oil.

  3. 3

    Add in your onions and saute for 10 seconds, then add your carrot, chicken and green pea and fry for another 20 seconds.

    Add a tablespoon of chicken stock and season with seasoning cube, salt and pepper to taste.

    Add your cabbage and give it a stir.

  6. 6

    Mix flour or corn starch with water and use to thicken the filling.

  7. 7

    Empty the pan into a plate to cool before wrapping your spring roll.
