Cooking Instructions

Slice strawberries into small pieces and place into glass

Add maple syrup and vanilla bean paste (if you don’t have paste, vanilla extract is fine) to strawberries and muddle

Top strawberries with milk and ice
- 4
Make matcha according to ceremonial grade matcha instructions, and mix with 2 tablespoons of water
- 5
Add matcha to the strawberry milk mixture and enjoy!
