  1. 500 gFlour
  2. 50 gbutter or margarine
  3. 1 table spoonyeast
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 80 gsugar
  6. 100 gpowder milk
  7. 1egg
  8. 1and 1/2 cup warm water

    Add all the ingredients together except water, mix well with clean hands till it becomes crumby

    Add water and mix till you have a dough. Knead the dough for 15-20 min till it becomes stretchy.

    Cover and leave the dough to rest for 5min

  4. 4

    Roll out on a flat surface and cut with a doughnut cutter, cover the doughnut for 20min and let it rise then fry on a medium heat
