  4. 3 tbsblack pepper
  5. 1 cupgrounded crayfish
  6. 4knor cubes
  7. 1bulb onion
  8. 2big stock fish
  9. Assortee meat
  10. washed bitter leave

Cooking Instructions

    Wash amd boil the meat and the stock fish

    Heat the oil

  3. 3

    Add the pepper and cray fish

  4. 4

    Add little water and allow to boil

  5. 5

    Add the mellon..egusi

  6. 6

    Add the meat and fry

  7. 7

    Add the bitter leaf

  8. 8

    Add the seasoning

  9. 9

    Add salt

  10. 10

    Add water and allow to boil you can serve this with either rice eba or any thing you want....enjoy
