Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 tspoil
  2. 1 dashsalt
  3. 1/4 cupAny stock
  4. 1 tbsppounded shallot and garlic garlic
  5. bean sprouts
  6. 1 cupspring onion or scallion
  7. 6 cupbean sprout
  8. 1red chili pepper
  9. additional add on
  10. 1small grated carrot

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    With oil fry garlic till fragrant the add stock bring it to a boil

  2. 2

    Add bean sprout (and carrot if using) then mix well and add dash of salt

  3. 3

    Add chili, spring onion and dash of pepper mix well off the heat

  4. 4

    Stir fry bean sprouts and red chili pepper and spring onion
