Ingredients

  1. 1large Onion, large dice
  2. 5ribs Celery, sliced
  3. 8Carrots, sliced
  4. 7cups Water
  5. 4Chicken Bullion Cubes
  6. 1Leftover Ham, large dice
  7. 1tsp. Thyme
  8. 1tsp. Pepper
  9. 1large head Cabbage, bite size chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Soften onion in large pot with alittle fat

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients except cabbage. Bring to boil.

    Lower heat, boil gently until vegs. soften (about 1 hr.).

  4. 4

    Add cabbage. Boil gently until soft. About 1 hr.

  5. 5

    Serve with crusty buttered bread.
