Ingredients

  1. 4big cups egusi
  2. 1/4 kgMeat
  3. Salt
  4. 4Fresh pepper
  5. 2Maggi
  6. HandfulBitterleaf
  7. 1 teaspoonOfo
  8. 3cksp Crayfish
  9. 4cksp Palmoil
  10. 1 teaspoonUziza seed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend egusi with uziza and half cup of water.

  2. 2

    Boil meat with stockfish with onion,salt and maggi for 25minutes.check if is tender.

    Add more water to the meat enough for the soup

  4. 4

    Add palmoil,cover to boil.boil for 10-12mins.

  5. 5

    Add ofo,boil for 5minutes.mix the ofo with little amout of water and mix very well before pouring into the soup.

    To avoid lumps of ofo it has to dissolve very well inside the soup before adding anyother thing.

    Add pepper,crayfish,maggi and salt.boil for 5-8minutes.

    Or upto 10minutes.pour in the bitter leaf but wash before adding it.wash with salt.

    Boil for 2minutes siup is ready.
