Sometimes in life we miss nature, or natural. This dish is here to promote the natural flavors of the cabbage. Its subtle flavor from simply being fried. Vibrantly to the caramelized part being turned a hint of sweetness. The semi crisp has so many flavors, from just the cabbage.
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil. When hot add chopped cabbage. Add half the salt. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Stir well. Add the rest of salt. Cover stirring occasionally. Let some of the cabbage become caramelized.

Super Tasty Fried Cabbage
I was a vegetarian for a long time, and this was the one dish I missed so badly. I cooked it several times, but it has to have the bacon, otherwise it just doesn't work! I'm pretty sure this dish alone pulled me away from staying a vegetarian after about 5 years. Try it out, there's nothing better than fresh cabbage and crispy, smokey bacon ;)
