Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchoha leaf
  2. 7cocoyam
  3. 2 teaspoonpalm oil
  4. 5habanero pepper
  5. 3 teaspoonground crayfish
  6. handfulstock fish
  7. 1/2 kgoffals
  8. 1wrap ogiri
  9. 4 cubeknorr
  10. to tastesalt

    Wash offals with salt very well twice and rinse.Wash stock fish very well.Get a clean pot then add them inside with 4 glass water add maggi and salt then allow to boil for 15min

    Get another pot wash cocoyam and put in the pot add water and boil for 15min,when the cocoyam is soft remove the back and pound until no lump found.

    Add 2 tablespoon palm oil and mix very well with the pounded cocoyam.Wash pepper and blend.

    Add pepper,crayfish allow to boil for 5 min then add the pounded cocoyam into the pot allow the cocoyam to dissolve for 7 min.Add ogiri allow to boil for 3min.

    Remove leaf from stalk wash with salt then add to the pot and stir allow for 3min.

    Oha soup is ready came out sumptuous and was enjoyed with semo.
