Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2cooking spoon Red oil
  2. Salt
  3. Halfhandful curry leaves
  4. 1/4 kgFresh tomatoes and fresh pepper
  5. 1Onion
  6. 2 cubesMaggi
  7. 1smoked titus fish

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper.

    Cut the onion.de bone the smoked fish and rinse with warm water and salt.

  3. 3

    Bleach the red oil for 3minutes,allow it to cool.

  4. 4

    Place back on the heat and pour in the blended tomatoes and pepper.

  5. 5

    Fry for about 3minutes,add the onion and smoked fish and be stirring.

  6. 6

    Wash and slice the curry leaves.

  7. 7

    Pour in little water and boil then add salt,maggi cubes after 4minutes pour in the curry leaves.
