  1. 1 cupmoong chilka dal(green)
  2. 1/2 cupmoong dal (yellow)
  3. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 1small piece of ginger grated
  5. 1green chilli chopped
  6. Coriander leaves chopped
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspchilli powder
  9. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  10. 1/2 tspamchur powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  12. 1 pinchHing
  13. 1 tspjeera,ajwain
  14. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dono dalo ko saaf kar ke 5 hour ke soak karein.Pani nikal kar mixy m grind karein

    Ek bowl m dal ko nikal kar sabhi masale mix karein or ek hi direction m ghol ko fante.

    Karahi m oil garam karein or 1 tsp ghol lekr karahi m dal kar pakode fry karein.

    Issi tarah se sbhi pakode fry karein or garma garam tea ke sath serve karein
