Ingredients

  1. 2 cupidli batter
  2. 1 tspsalt to taste
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Tak a large mixing bowl, add idli batter, salt and 5 tsp water and mix very well.

  2. 2

    Put spoonfuls of the batter in to greased idli moulds and steam for 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Repeat with the remaining batter to make more idlis. Serve hot with Sambhar.
