Ingredients

1 hour
10 to 15 servings
  1. 1whole barbecue chicken (or a rotisserie chicken)
  2. 2 canscream of chicken soup
  3. 1 canchili fixin's rotel tomatoes diced
  4. 1 (32 oz)large block of velveeta cheese
  5. 1 (32 oz)chicken broth
  6. 1diced onion
  7. 3-4garlic cloves dices
  8. 1jalapeño pepper diced (leave seeds if like spice)
  9. 1 (17 oz)mild chopped green chilies
  10. 1 (24 oz)packet thin spaghetti
  11. 1 tspsalt
  12. 1 tsppepper
  13. 1 tspgarlic salt
  14. 1 tspchili powder
  15. 1 tspground cumin
  16. 1 tspground oregano
  17. 1 tsprosemary leaves
  18. 1 tspground marjoram

Cooking Instructions

    Debone the chicken, removing skin and then shred in a bowl

  2. 2

    In large pot bring water to boil and break spaghetti into three pieces and place in water for 6 mins. Remove from heat and drain water off.

    In a large pot saute' in olive oil the onion, garlic, and jalapeño pepper for a couple minutes then adding chicken, broth, soup, chili fixin's rotel tomatoes, & all seasons.

    Stir in velveeta cube cheese stirring occasional. If needs more liquid add 1/2 milk.

    Once cheese has melted add spaghetti to chicken sauce and simmer on low till ready to eat.
