Ingredients

  1. 150 gmsemolina
  2. 3 tablespoonCurd
  3. 2 pouchEno
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. to tasteBlack pepper
  6. For sambhar
  7. 1/4Ghiya ( bottol gurd)
  8. 1/4Pumpkin
  9. 1/4 cupTuar dal
  10. 1 teaspoonmustard seed
  11. 1 teaspoonTurmaric powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. to tasteRed chilli
  14. 2 tspSambhar masala
  15. 1 tspCoriander seed
  16. 1/2 tspFenugreek seed
  17. 10-15Curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First mix curd semolina and black pepper salt eno to make idli better

  2. 2

    Pour btter in greased stands and steam for three miniutes in microwave

  3. 3

    Cool and demold them

  4. 4

    For sambhar diced vegitables and washed tuar dhal in cooker and cook for 4 wistle on low flame adding haldi and salt

    Cor sambhar tarka chop onion and heat ghee add cumin musterd seeds curry leaves fry and add onion fry till golden brown add minced tomato cook till get soft add all maslas mix well

    Mix it in boiled vegs and dhal blend with help of blender

    Sambhar idli is ready to serve
