Ohagi (to freeze-store for later) Ohagi (to freeze-store for later)
I made ohagi but had way too many left over, and needed to freeze them. I definitely suggest freezing them without kinako powder on them.Wrap individually for storing in the freezer. When defrosting, use the defrost setting on the microwave. If it doesn't have one, heat for 2 minutes on 100-300 W. Continue to heat until it has warmed all over. For 16-18. Recipe by amicha cookpad.japan -

Black Rice and Koshi-an Koshi-An Ohagi Black Rice and Koshi-an Koshi-An Ohagi
Instead of white rice, use black rice; instead of wrapping with bean paste, wrap with rice. This is a reversed hagi. Everyone I know loves these.Adding non-glutenous rice and sugar keeps the rice softer longer. If you want the rice darker, use sticky rice, white rice and black rice with a 2:2:6 ratio.Shape while the rice is still warm. Keep the rice scoop in warm water to make it easier to use. Recipe by Monapan cookpad.japan -
Gluten-free Fluffy Sandwich Bread Gluten-free Fluffy Sandwich Bread
I'm removing gluten and casein from my son's diet, so I made this soft and fluffy bread for him.The point is to keep an eye on the dough while it's proofing so that it only doubles in size. If it expands too much, the center of the bread will sink.If it's summer, once the dough is about 1.5 times larger, go ahead and preheat your oven. You can make this with dry yeast too.
