Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gmsMoong dal (soaked)
  2. 2 tbspGram Flour
  3. 7-8green chilli
  4. 2 tbspGinger Garlic Crushed
  5. 1 tbspRice flour
  6. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder (optional)
  9. 1 tspturmeric

Cooking Instructions

    Soak moong dal for atleast 4-5 hrs

  2. 2

    Grind it roughly with adding all ingredients except green chilli and ginger garlic

  3. 3

    Now roughly crushed green chilli, not grind. And then add it and ginger garlic in ready moong dal batter.

    Now heat oil for deep frying. Take small amount of batter in spoon and fry it until golden brown. Do not over fry it.

    Serve it with Pudina chat
