    Pour redoil in a pot,sprinkle in potash stir to make a yellow paste add salt,pepper and onion finally ugba and turn.

  2. 2

    Boil the well washed snails with onion,salt and maggi cube.

  3. 3

    Fry roughly blended pepper in vegetable oil add the snails to fry.
