Cooking Instructions

    Wash and season ur meat, add the stockfish too and allow to cook until is soft

    Add required amount of water, allow to boil.mix the aching in a bowl with palm oil and add into the pot

  3. 3

    Add ur other ingredients.... Crayfish, Pepper, Maggie, ponmo and kpanla fish, then allow to steam and thickened.

  4. 4

    Turn and mix very well. Then add ur bitterleaf and allow to cook, taste for salt and serve......
