  1. Fresh pepper
  2. leavesOnugbo
  3. Salt
  4. cubesStar
  5. Red oil
  6. Grinded crayfish and pepper
  7. Onion
  8. Stock fish
  9. Meat
  10. Ogiri
  11. Achi

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the onugbo leaves very well.

    Boil meat and stockfish

  3. 3

    Pour in redoil and water into the boiled meat and stockfish,after 10-12minutes sprinkle in achi,after 5mins add ogiri,crayfish,pepper and salt.

    Then star cubes and the onugbo leaves stir and boil for 2mins.
