Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlidli batter
  2. 1 cuponion chopped
  3. 1pouch for extra soften (optional)
  4. 10pie green chillies chopped
  5. as neededOil for Uttapam
  6. For chutney
  7. 4 tspchana dal roasted
  8. 3 tsppeanut roasted
  9. 1big size onion slissed
  10. 1green chillies chopped
  11. 1 inchginger grated
  12. 1/5 cupcoconut grated
  13. as per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add onion chopped green chillies eno mix well.

  2. 2

    Heat the tawa add oil pour batter spread properly roast both size crispy.

  3. 3

    Take a khadhai add oil onion saute till light brown add green chilli roasted chana dal or peanuts add ginger mix well.make a smooth chutni surve it shamber.
