Ingredients

  1. egusi
  2. crayfish
  3. salt
  4. leafugu
  5. palm oil
  6. boiled meat and stock
  7. bonga fish
  8. pepper
  9. cubesseasoning
  10. onions

Cooking Instructions

    Add palm oil to heat on the fire

  2. 2

    Blend the egusi and onions with fresh pepper together pour it into the palm oil and start stirring

  3. 3

    Stir for 4 minutes

  4. 4

    Then add the bonga fish and meat with stock

  5. 5

    Season with the other ingredient and add more water

  6. 6

    Cover to cook very well then add the ugu leaf

  7. 7

    After adding ugu leaf let it cook for 2 minutes

  8. 8

    Serve with little stew and enjoy
