i kept craving watery egos and on saturday after work i could not wait to get to my kitchen and cook this
Cooking Instructions

Add palm oil to heat on the fire

Blend the egusi and onions with fresh pepper together pour it into the palm oil and start stirring
- 3
Stir for 4 minutes

Then add the bonga fish and meat with stock
- 5
Season with the other ingredient and add more water
- 6
Cover to cook very well then add the ugu leaf
- 7
After adding ugu leaf let it cook for 2 minutes
- 8
Serve with little stew and enjoy
