Cooking Instructions

Grind the pepper with the ginger, garlic and black pepper, add to the meat, then parsley, seasonings, chopped onions, a little egg & oil.

Mix together, if it's watery, add the bread crumbs or flour. Roll them, (like in the picture)
Soak the skewer sticks for 10 minutes, then insert the sticks into the meat & roll on the skewers.
After that I kept them in the freeze, like 15minutes while I made the bread.

Place the meat on a grill, toaster grill or oven. (I place on the toaster grill, for like 10 minutes then transfer to the oven for about 15minutes, turn them over In between.)

Therefore if you want to make authentic kofta you should try making them with minced beef or mutton.The key to this recipe is to keep mixing the ingredients together until the mixture becomes sticky.You can adjust the amount of cumin powder and red pepper to achieve the level of spiciness that's best for you.Kofta aren't traditionally eaten with sauce or condiments so it's best to flavour them well before cooking.
