Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupchana flour
  2. 3/4 Cupsmall chopped fresh Methi
  3. 1/4 cupchopped green coriander leaves
  4. 1 tbspSuji
  5. 6-8Medium Hot chillies
  6. 1 tspcrushed black pepper
  7. 1 tspAjwain
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspFruit Salt
  10. 1 tspOil
  11. 1/4 tspasafoetida (hing)
  12. 1 tsplemon juice
  13. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take methi,coriander and green chillies and chop them.

  2. 2

    Now add chana flour and other ingredients except for lemon juice,oil and fruit salt.

    Once the dough is ready add fruit salt,oil and squash lemon juice onto it and mix well

  4. 4

    Then on medium hot oil drop the pakodas in the oil and fry in medium hot oil.

    Now it is ready
