Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgrinded ogbono
  2. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  3. 2maggi cube
  4. Salt
  5. Water
  6. Pomo
  7. Stock fish
  8. Snail
  9. Dried fish

Cooking Instructions

    Place a pot of palm oil on heat,allow it hot

  2. 2

    Then gradually add the OGBONO into the hot palm oil while stirring it to fry for some seconds,then gradually add water to it till u get the consistency/thickness of your choice

  3. 3

    Add stockfish,dried fish,kpomo,Maggi,salt,snail,stir it till well cooked

  4. 4

    Then serve with any swallow of your choice
