Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupjowar flour
  2. 1/2 cuprice flour
  3. 4 tbspgram flour
  4. 4 tbspwheat flour
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 2 tbsp Green paste
  8. as neededCoriander leaves, green chillies, ginger and garlic grind well
  9. 1/2 tspGarlic finely chopped
  10. 1 cupyoghurt
  11. as neededwater

Cooking Instructions

    Knead a dough with above ing. and use less water so that dough does not become soft

  2. 2

    Now use plastic for making dhapate. Plastic should be oiled as then dough will not be sticky.

    Heat tawa add oil and cook dhapate well.

  4. 4

    Serve hot wit a dollop of homemade butter.
