Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsBaby potatoes
  2. 2 mediumOnion paste
  3. 2 mediumTomato pureed
  4. 1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste
  5. 1 tbspFresh cream
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspHaldi / turmericpowder
  9. 1 tspDhania / coriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspKitchen king masala
  11. 1/4 tspKasoori methi
  12. 1 pinchSugar
  13. 1tspOil
  14. 1 tbspCoriander leaves to garnish
  15. as neededOil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    Par boil baby potatoes. When cool then peel and prick it.

    Heat oil and fry potatoes till golden brown on medium heat. Keep aside.

    Now heat oil and put ginger garlic chilli paste. Saute it and put onion paste

    Cook till pinkish. Now add tomato puree. Cook till oil separates.

    Add all spices. Mix well.

    Add fresh cream. Cook for a min.

    Add required amount of water.

    Add potatoes. Cover and cook for 10 mins.on low flame.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with naan or tandoori roti.
