Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsPanner
  2. 2 mediumOnion
  3. 2 mediumTomato
  4. 1 TablespoonMustard oil
  5. 1 TeaspoonCoriander powder
  6. 1 TeaspoonHaldi / turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 TeaspoonLal mirch/ red chilli powder
  8. 1 TeaspoonSalt
  9. 2 TeaspoonSabji masala

Cooking Instructions

    First cut paneer and fry it. Then take a kadhai, pour oil. Wait for oil to heat up then add chopped onions into it

    Once onion are brown in colour add tomatoes, saute for 3 mins on high flame. Then add all above mentioned masala. Stir it for 5 mins on medium to low flame. Add water one cup

  3. 3

    When this masala start leaving oil add 250 ml water and panner. Leave it on flame for another 5 mins on low flame then add fresh coriander leaves and your matar panner is ready
