Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsspinach
  2. 5-6 clovesGarlic
  3. 1 inchGinger
  4. 4-5Chilli
  5. 1 tspCoriander
  6. 1Onion finely chopped
  7. 150 gmsPaneer
  8. as neededOil
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  11. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  12. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add water into it blanch the spinach 5-10 min

    Take a kadhai add oil add jeeraand onion turmeric powder red chilli powder and saute it well. Now make a paste of pblanch spinach adding chilli ginger and garlic. Add the paste into kadhai

  3. 3

    Let it stir in between so that it wont get burnt add all the dry masala including salt.. atlast add paneer to it. Boil it for 5-7 mints.now it's ready to serve
