Ingredients

  1. 1/2 bowlgreen moong dal
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 2chopped tomatoes
  4. 2chopped green chilli
  5. 1 tbspjeera / cumin
  6. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tbspred chilli
  8. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  9. As neededoil
  10. 2 tbspcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Now wash dal and put cooker on gas and add 2 glass water,1/2 tbsp salt,1/2 tbsp desi ghee and washed moong dal in this. And cooked it until dal become soft (4 to 5 whistles)

    After some time when dal becomes soft,Take a bowl and put dal in this bowl.Now we make tadka for it

    Take a pan heat oil and add jeera in this

    Now add chopped red chillies and onion in this and fry until it becomes brown

  5. 5

    Now add tomato and cook until it's becomes soft

  6. 6

    Now add all the spices in this add cook for 5 min.

    Now add boiled dal in this and cook for 5-10 mins.Now add 1 tbsp desi ghee to enhance it's taste.

    Now ready to serve
